1987 Press Photo Volunteers with Neighborhood Housing Services paint, Milwaukee

Volunteers joined to paint a house at 1042 South 21st Street for the kickoff of the Neighborhood Housing Services of Milwaukee's Picture It Painted program. The Wisconsin Paint and Coating Association will provide exterior paint for the 1987 program. Last year, 29 homes were painted through the program.
