Last June 19, Robert and Carol Moss, and their two children pulled into their driveway in rural Marquette County and discovered that their brand new house had blown up. Propane gas from a leak in the basement had exploded, splintering ceiling supports and turning the furnace into scrap metal. Water and sewer pipes had burst.
