Description

As part of the 26th annual New Berlin Soap Box Derby, the derby commission and Boy Scout Troop 41 sponsored the Special Race for Special Kids for children with physical and mental disabilities, last month at Valley View Park in New Berlin. The Scouts helped drive the race cars, which were equipped with dual controls, in the special race. Soapbox Derby
