. . Now that Lilliputian workers have installed what looks like a giant soccer ball (actually, a protective dome) atop a new Doppler radar unit at the National Weather Service in Sullivan. The radar installation of which was to be completed Thursday, will allow earlier detection of threatening weather and more accurate forecasts. (Wisconsin - weather)
