Summertime is a time for picnics, for families and for extended families, such as villages and neighborhoods. If the weather cooperates, a picnic can be a fine time. The Newburg Village Picnic last weekend offered a fine time, along with a little something for everyone. From swinging and whirling rides to a parade through the village, there was enough to keep the crowds interested in the annual affair.
