Harold S. (Zip) Morgan (left), who will retire in March after 42 years as director of municipal athletics in Milwaukee, was honored by more than 600 persons at a testimonial dinner Thursday night in the central YMCA. Dr. H.E. Lando, general chairman of the program, presented Morgan with a picture of the color television he will receive, among other gifts.
