Sellia Simmons was visited by her children, Gabriel, 5, Alcherie, 8, and Joshua, 1, at the Horizon House, a residential treatment facility for women. Residents' children can stay at Horizon House, a United Way of Greater Milwaukee agency, during a weekend children's program. The United Way fall fund-raising campaign will help 362 health and human services programs in 129 non-profit agencies.
