Old Faithful - Al Oerter, 40, the only man to ever win four Olympic gold medals in the same event, the discus, showed the form that helped make him the best discus man in track and field history during a recent meet. Oerter has come out of retirement and plans to compete in the 1980 Games in Moscow.
