Capt. John J. O'Donnell, president of the Air Line Pilots Association, says today he would have to tell his members not to fly Monday even if the Supreme Court upholds the stay granted to prevent the 24-hour protest of airline hijacking and extortion. O'Donnell said the ALPA has committed itself to protest what it calls inadequate measures to curb aerial piracy.
