1991 Press Photo Dave Setzke of Waukesha paints bridge over I-43, Milwaukee

Dave Setzke, of Waukesha, applies a base coat to the pedestrian walkway bridge over I-43 south at W. Vienna St. The maintenance project, which will take eight to nine days, will include removal of graffiti and installation of a new vinyl fence fabric. Setzke works for State Painting Co., of West Allis.
