Webster, Wisconsin--Tom Hastings expects to go to jail for his crime. He's glad he did it, and glad he got caught. In fact, he turned himself in. "I'm a convicted felon now. I can't own a handgun, which is wonderful. We should all be convicted felons." Hastings said. "There remains no question in my mind what I did was legal."
