Roger Bogatzke, of Saukville, works on the roof of the Oak Creek Community Center last month. After fifteen years of organizing and fund-raising, construction is under way and the twenty thousand-square-foot building is expected to be ready for use in November. The $1.3 million center at 8580 South Howell Avenue will provide youth and senior citizens services. Bogatzke is with Sackerson Construction Company of Cudahy.
