Accused Slayer Charged -- Detective Sergeant Telesfore Wysocki was sworn in Friday night by County Judge Christ T. Seraphim (right) as complaining witness against Michael Lee Herrington (seated left). Herrington was charged with the murders of Julia Beckwith and Miss Sherryl Thompson. The 23 year old Milwaukee resident was arrested at North Teutonia Avenue and West Locust Street Friday.
