1972 Press Photo Bishop Donald Hallock Offers Blessing At All Saints Cathedral

Anniversary Celebration- Bishop Donald H.V. Hallock of the Milwaukee Episcopal Diocese used a thurible Monday as he offered a blessing during a pontifical high mass celebrated at All Saints Cathedral to mark his 20th anniversary as a bishop. Hallock was consecrated a bishop Jan. 10, 1952, and became the assistant to then Bishop Benjamin F.P. Ivins. Hallock became the head of the diocese on Jan. 6, 1953, after Ivins retired.
