Marine Capt. Charles S. Robb relaxed at Da Nang, South Vietnam, Friday after learning that his wife had given birth to a girl. The child was born to Lynda Bird Robb, President Johnson's older daughter, at the Bethesda (Md.) naval hospital early Friday. The baby is the first child for the Robbs and the second grandchild for President and Mrs. Johnson.
