Plastic envelopes - Daniel Odya, president of the Milwaukee Postal Customer Council, watched a demonstration of a machine that makes plastic envelopes given by Joseph Dutelle of Universal Packaging Systems, 2350 South 170th street , New Berlin. The machine, the Sergeant Postal Packer, was shown at a meeting this week of the customer council.
