1987 Press Photo Workers prepare for spring floral show at Mitchell Park Domes

Carpenters worked on the new spring floral show at the Mitchell Park Domes Thursday. The workers were building a pool with a fountain and a villa for "La Primavera d'Italia" (spring in Italy). Flowers in the show, which opens April 4, will consist of more varieties and colors than all other yearly shows combined as it brings gardens of Italy to the Show Dome.
