Let Music Swell the Breeze. Tap! Tap! The leader rapped for attention. Talk stopped instantly. Then up went the baton. Crash went the cymbals, the clackers, the .drums, the bells, the tamborines, and the triangles> It was the kindergarten band of St Sebastian school, Fifty-fourth St, and Washington Blvd., in the first rehearsal in the new uniforms which mothers had so carefully prepared during the last several weeks.
