Wilburn Cunningham, maintenance signaiman, directed a crane operator lifting containerized cargo at the Port of Milwaukee's heavy lift dock. The four-year-old crane was manufactured by Harnischfeger Corp. It has a lifting capacity of 300 long tons or 660,000 pounds. Milwaukee - Harbor
