1960 Press Photo Jerry Giesler gets help at Mount Sinai Hospital in Hollywood.

Attorney Jerry Giesler, famous West Coast lawyer, gets an assist from nurse Marianne Thompson yesterday as Giesler poses at Mount Sinai Hospital in Hollywood. The 73 year old attorney was able to sit up for the first time yesterday since he was hospitalized on September 14 because of a heart attack. Giesler told newsmen he didn't know how long he would remain in the hospital.
