George "Mad Dog" Rose, deposed war lord of he Blackstone Rangers street gang on Chicago's south side, told the Senate Investigating subcommittee 6/21 that his mob held pot parties and stored arms in a Presbyterian church for more than a year. The subcommittee is looking into antipoverty funds paid to gang members.
