Prince Charles, Prince of Wales (left), receives his Royal Air Force (RAF) wings from Chief of the Air Staff, Air Marshal Sir Denis Spotswood during a ceremony here 8/20. Charles has just completed a four-month advanced flight training course at the RAF College here.
