Father Thomas P. Meisenheimer--"Father Tom"-- is as popular with the boys in the neighborhood of St. Thomas Aquinas rectory, 1968 N 36th street as he is with the children he will serve at the detention center, children's home and adolescent unit of the mental health center. He has been appointed the first full time chaplain of the institutions operated by the county.
