The who of Juvenile Justice-The truants in Milwaukee County who end up in court are likely to find themselves in contact with these people or others from the offices they represent. They are (top from left) County Judge William A. Jennaro, County Judge Victor Manian and Attorney James Rudd, head of the public defender staff at Children's Court Center. In the middle are Attorney Fredric Matestic (left), public defender, and Charles Rapport, probation officer at the court center. Below them are Gary Wade, court liaison officer for the Milwaukee Public Schools, and Miss Marni Wisniewski a VISTA volunteer attached to public defenders' office at Children's Court. A member of the district attorney's staff who runs truancy conferences, Assistant District Attorney Fred Dorsey, refused to be photographed with the group. At a hearing in Children's Court Wednesday, Miss Marni Wisniewski, a social worker with the public defender's office at the Children's Court Center, told the boy's parents that they could take him to one of three hospitals immediately or to a fourth by September 1. The boy's overactive disorder then prompted him to set numerous fires, in his words because "it's just fun," could be temporarily treated at a hospital. Arson
