Real estate: Estabrook Corporate Park is an example of government involvement in commercial development. The City of Glendale acquired and improved 62 acres of blighted industrial land for the park along North Port Washington Road east of Interstate 43 and south of West Hampton Avenue. The city is selling off the land for private development, such as this building, which houses Columbia Hospital's Center for Medical Arts.
