Charged - The vice president of Brew City Cab Company, Ervin Gorner, 54, of 4701 North 19th Street, appeared in court Saturday on three counts of theft by fraud for allegedly defrauding Milwaukee County's transportation program for the disabled. Bail was set at $15,000.
