Assistant manager, Judy Klingensmith stood beneath the sign heralding the new name of the Madison restaurant, "The Washington Host." Until recently the restaurant used the name "Washington Post," in a style nearly identical to that of the Washington newspaper of the same name. Threatened with a lawsuit by the paper, the restaurant, on East Washington Avenue, changed its name. The newspaper sued, and the decision handed down recently forced the restaurant, located on East Washington Avenue in Madison, to change its name.
