Former Milwaukee residents Barbara and Gene Welch, now of Fort Lauderdale, Florida dance to the music of the group Harbor Lights at the Miller Stage at the opening of German Fest. The ethnic festival began Friday and continues through Sunday at Maier Festival Park in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
