Norma Wolff, a resident of Luther Manor, 4545 North 92nd Street, bent over to get a closer look at a chicken that was part of the Manorfest celebration Wednesday. The event had a circus theme featuring a midway that included a petting zoo, a caliope, clowns, balloons, cotton candy and popcorn.
