Description
Firefighters sprayed water on a house at 2166 North 35th Street that sustained an estimated $25,000 in damage from a fire Sunday. The blaze may have been caused by a malfunctioning space heater, fire officials said. Strong winds caused the fire to spread quickly through the two-story wood building and to a house at 2162 North 35th Street, where the roof sustained about $2,000 in damage, 5th Battalion Chief James Rechlitz said. A firefighter who suffered minor injuries was treated at an area hospital and released. Milwaukee, Wisconsin Fires
