One of the treasures in the red brick Georgian house at 1321 N. prospect av. is a 17th century Italian painting (above) willed to the Milwaukee Art institute by Mrs. Grant Fitch who died at 89 last January. All of the Italian furniture, which includes several Savonarola Chairs, will go to Milwaukee-Downer college. The handsome inlaid cabinet and the urns are to be loaned to the Layton art Gallery by Eliot G. Fitch, Milwaukee, and Mrs. Gregory Mason, Riverside, Conn., son and daughter of Mrs. Fitch. Dead
