A tired Milwaukee firefighter was hampered by his uniform, helmet, gloves, air mask and boots as he hauled heavy hosed from the scene of a fire at Juneau High School, 6415 W. Mount Vernon Ave. The fire,which caused an estimated $10,000 damage to the school's roof, was started accidentally while workers were spreading hot tar. Firemen clothing and equipment.
