1984 Press Photo Dummy pulled from water with helicopter in Franklin, Wisconsin

Members of the Franklin, Wisconsin, Fire Department's scuba team received some special training with a new piece of equipment Thursday. A dummy is pulled out of the water in the Billy Pugh net which is attached to a Life Flight helicopter.
