John L. Lovedahl, 41, of ...778 South 84th street, has been named Wisconsin's handicapped person of the year. Governor Knowles announced the award Friday. Lovdahl, a victim of muscular dsytrophy, is the founder of Handicabs, Incorporated. He has been confined to a wheel chair since he was 19. The 42 vehicles in his business serve the handicapped and elderly of the Milwaukee area. John Leonard Lovdhal, owner of a transportation firm in Milwaukee, was named Wisconsin's Handicapped Person of the Year today.
