1963 Press Photo Canadian Prime Minister John Diefenbaker visits London

Canadian mounted police escorted Canada's Prime Minister John Diefenbaker and his wife Monday as they rode through London's Ludgate Circus in an open landau. They were on their way to Guildhall where Diefenbaker received the freedom of the city of London. He is the 17th living recipient of the 700 year old honor.
