If he's a winner in the $100 million Powerball drawing, Erv Czarapata, 61, who purchased his ticket about midday Tuesday at Valent's Bar and Restaurant at 3853 North Richards Street, plans on working 11 more months as a railway switchman. Why? He wants to collect his retirement pension. "I paid all that money in," he says. "Why should I let it go? I've got eight kids, you know."
