Street Festival -- Spectators gathered outside The Tracks, a restaurant and bar at Locust St. and Humboldt Blvd., while listening to the musical group Jasper and Co., one of the many that entertained during the Locust Street Festival. The event included a two-mile run. The view is looking east along Locust St. at Humboldt.
