The 13-year-old company, which supplies meat to hotels, restaurants and institutions, recently completed a $500,000 addition, more than quadrupling the company's space to 8,900 square feet. Previously regulated by the state, the firm now meets federal guidelines, allowing it to send its products to other states and countries. In recent months, the firm has added 10 employees, for a total of 30. It expects sales of about $6 million in 1994.
