U.S. Senator Thomas McIntyre, D-N.H. (r), talks with Alabama Attorney General Richmond Flowers at Flowers' office here today. Following the meeting, McIntyre, who is making his own tour of the state to see civil rights conditions for himself, said, "I am convinced after talking to Mr. Flowers that there has not been a breakdown in law and order in Alabama."
