1983 Press Photo Police Officer Rodney Libby reinstated after arrest dispute

LIbby is one of the police officers who was at S. 26th Street and West Greenfield Avenue on October 8, 1981, when James M. Schoemperlen was arrested and beaten after a chase. The commission now has reinstated three officers who were dismissed by Breier for their roles in the Schoemperlen arrest. Rodney LIbby
