Littel led the way to a corner of his classroom stacked with rock impressions of extinct marine creatures that lived about 400 million years ago in the area that became Wisconsin. "I'm a fossil man," said Littel, 56, science director at St. Jude Grade School. "I'm very interested in paleontology.
