A larkspur seedling, shown here, might be mistaken for carrot or ragweed. However, carrot foliage is more feathery, and ragweed leaves are opposite (paired on opposite sides of the stem, with one pair on an east-west axis, the next on a north-south axis, the next east-west, and so on).
