The Wisconsin chapter of the American Institute of Architects presented awards Friday night for promoting community appreciation of good design. Julius Sandstedt, Oshkosh, gave certificates to David Link (center), 7881 Edgehill road, Greendale, and Attorney Gerald Rice, 3320 N. Downer avenue.
