1955 Press Photo Princess Margaret of Great Britain Port of Spain first visit

Radiant in the warm sunshine that greeted her on her first visit to the new world, Princess Margaret of Great Britain walked with a Trinidad police escort at Port of Spain Tuesday. A crowd of about 50,000 jammed the streets to cheer her. The princess will spend a month on a goodwill tour of the British West Indies.
