Posed under the fairs logo (partly shown) are Ray Johnson, a Brodhead beef farmer; Attorney David Beckwith of Milwaukee, and James Ericson, vice - president, general counsel and secretary of Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company, Milwaukee. The group sets policy for the fair, under the general administration of the Agriculture Department.
