Row after row of policemen from all over Wisconsin marched along a Burlington street Thursday to st. Mary's Catholic church for the funeral of Police Sargent Anthony Eilers. The Burlington officer was beaten and shot to death Monday after he stopped the car of Wilson Lee Brook 21, of Racine, an admitted burglar. More than 250 policemen, including Milwaukee Chief Howard O. Johnson, attended the funeral. They gathered outside the Burlington Memorial building and marched in a body to the church.
