Flowering crabs are now in all their glory at Estabrook park where this picture was taken along the driveway. Plantings are made by the park experts with an eye to getting colors in foliage. Advantage is also taken of the different times at which plants blossom, so that summer in the parks means a procession of changing colors. On the color "calendar" mark down the third week in May for flowering crabs in Estabrook.
