George Kosier of Antonino's cut mushrooms as he made a dish in front of an audience at the Milwaukee Public Museum during its recent 3rd Annual Mushroom Fair. The fair was co-sponsored by the Wisconsin Mycological Society and featured mushroom identification and preparation as part of the program, as well as advice from experts on cultivating mushrooms.
