Charges of attempted homicide and robbery have been filed against a South Side man accused of accomplice last weekend to late Fredrick Horenberger, who has been accused by a private investigator of being linked to the Lawrencia Bembenek case. Charged Friday in Milwaukee County Circuit Court was Thomas E. Eckert, 38, of 3902 S. Whitnall Ave.
