Disasters-earthquakes-California. Injured hospital patient was attended at San Fernando Veterans Administration Hospital. Nurses and firemen attend to a patient that was injured when a building collapsed on patients and hospital workers at the Veterans Administration Hospital during an earthquake that struck the Southern California area. Early reports stated that seven patients had been killed at the hospital, but rescue workers were looking for a large number of people reported trapped under the wreckage.
